Mr. James’ experience spans 10+ years in international banking and finance roles. During 7 years at Fortis Bank, he executed energy and infrastructure financings within the Americas including multiple lead arranged wind power transactions.
Jeff Willis, Director
With over 15 years of experience in real estate acquisition and development in the Denver, Colorado area, Mr. Willis brings expertise in environmental issues, project permitting and development, utilities, entitlements, water issues and metro district formation and funding. Mr. Willis serves on the board of several industry organizations and water and metropolitan districts.
